Over the years she has become more and more frustrated with the poor customer service and lack of products available to her and her family. The mega beauty supply stores would provide overpriced subpar products and the store employees would know nothing about how the product work on different hair types. Krystal found that many consumers have the same problem. Out of this ongoing need for better service and better options My Girl Beauty was born.
